Owyhee blue opal is light blue with white streaks and occasional darker blue patches. It is a form of common opal. It comes from the Owyhee Mountain range on the Oregon- Idaho border.
Round, Owyhee blue opal gemstone is set in a prong setting with a bare bail and a ram’s horn design alongside the bail.
Pendant is wrapped in pure copper wire and is oxidized for an antique look.
Pendant measures 2 ¼” tall x 1 ¼” wide.
